Are you already a Dumaco customer? Then please contact your Dumaco branch directly. This way, we can help you faster and more effectively.

For a correct and fast quote, we require clear drawings or files with all relevant information, such as dimensions, material type, and desired processing. We prefer to receive 2D and/or 3D CAD files in one of the following file formats:

• 2D files: .dxf or .dwg
• 3D files: .stp, .step, .ipt, or .sldprt, .x_t, or another common format.
• The working drawing can be in PDF format.

Important:

• Unfortunately, we cannot provide a quote based on unclear, incomplete, or difficult-to-read sketches.
• If your file/drawing is immediately suitable for production, we will process it at no extra cost.
• However, if we need to significantly modify or rebuild a drawing to correctly produce/process the product, we usually charge a fee for this. These costs are included in the quote.
• We only create extensive CAD drawings and/or re-engineering within the framework of a paid assignment, in which case we may also carry out the editing.

Yes, that's possible. We can provide engineering or re-engineering services at all our Dumaco locations.

• A PDF drawing with clear dimensions is sufficient for a quote or initial assessment. This allows us to provide a suitable proposal without the need for extensive technical work at no cost.
• We assess the feasibility of each project and whether we will carry it out entirely for the client or handle it together. 

Important:

• If your file/drawing is immediately suitable for production, we will process it at no extra cost.

We do not accept requests from private individuals. Laser cutting, bending, and folding services for private individuals can only be requested through the Dumaco Portal.
