New Investments in the Machine Park
This year, we have commissioned a new Adige LT7 tube laser in Oss and installed a 5-axis TAD 35 milling machine in Hardinxveld-Giessendam
At Dumaco, we continually invest in our machine park to best serve our customers. This year, we commissioned a new Adige LT7 tube laser in Oss and installed a 5-axis TAD 35 milling machine in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. These machines are key steps in our strategy to remain flexible and cost-efficient. We look forward to further expansion in 2025 with the arrival of a large gantry milling machine in Venlo and an advanced panel bending machine in Kampen.
“Our focus is on broadly deployable machines that give us the flexibility to deliver custom solutions while maintaining the capacity for large-scale production,” explains CEO Edwin Voermans. This flexibility enables us to optimally support our customers, who operate in sectors such as mechanical engineering, infrastructure, and energy.
Tube Laser and 5-Axis Milling Machine
The new Adige LT7 tube laser in Oss highlights our commitment to technological innovation. Thanks to higher production speeds and smart features like an advanced scrap collection system, we deliver products more accurately and efficiently. The ERP integration also enables better costing—a crucial factor in a market where production costs are under pressure.
The TAD 35 milling machine in Hardinxveld-Giessendam helps us shorten lead times and further optimize production planning. This enables us to serve customers more quickly while maintaining quality.
2025: Panel Bending Machine and Gantry Milling Machine
In 2025, we will further expand. In Kampen, we will introduce a fully automated Prima Power Ebe 3326 panel bending machine, ideally suited for large-scale serial work such as charging stations and store fittings. At the same time, we are investing in a large gantry milling machine in Venlo, enabling us to take on larger projects and expand our production capabilities.

Grootste project ooit: 1.900 RVS 316 explosiewanden voor InterDam
Onze vestiging in Oss is betrokken bij het grootste project van Dumaco tot nu toe. Voor InterDam, specialist in producten voor offshore en onshore, produceerden we in slechts veertien weken 1.900 zoutwaterbestendige wanden uit RVS 316.
