Dumaco draagt bij aan historisch eerbetoon in moderne vorm

Dumaco proudly announces the expansion with a new branch: Ubroek Precision in Large Machining.
Founded in 1965 and based in Venlo, Ubroek Precision in Large Machining has evolved over the years into a modern company specializing in precision metalworking. As a supplier, they deliver large and complex precision components to leading clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, serving industries such as oil & gas, energy, and semiconductors.
John Hermans, director of Ubroek Precision in Large Machining, explains that he had no successor for the family business, which led him to seek a strong partner to complement their operations and enable further growth. He saw that partner in Dumaco, which comprises seven locations and offers valuable synergies.
Edwin Voermans, CEO at Dumaco, shares his enthusiasm about the expansion: “The addition of Ubroek Precision in Large Machining is a valuable complement that allows us to serve an even broader range of customers. We look forward to leveraging nearly 60 years of expertise and the new opportunities in large-scale machining.”
John Hermans will remain involved for the time being and emphasizes: “Although we will continue to operate as an independent branch within the group, we will actively seek collaboration with the other locations.”
Innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction are central.
“Ubroek Precision in Large Machining shares the same vision and working approach as Dumaco,” John explains. “Thinking along with the customer and truly relieving them is a major common value.” Like Dumaco, Ubroek offers specialized machining operations such as boring, carousel turning, grinding, surface grinding, wire EDM, and milling. Both companies are committed to innovation and continuous improvement to maintain the same high level of quality.
Edwin adds: “The integration of Dumaco and Ubroek Precision in Large Machining promises a future where innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction remain central.”
