Our history
In 2017, Dumaco was founded, which stands for “Dutch Manufacturing Companies”. It started with the cooperation of three leading metal companies: DPA Plaatwerk in Kampen, Metaalbewerking Elmar in Montfoort, and ITM Metaal and TLC in ‘s-Gravenpolder. We were later joined by VSMI in Varsseveld, ReviconBarosta in Woerden, Heurkens & van Veluw in Oss, and Blokland in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. Our newest additions are Ubroek in Venlo and SAM Precision in Cuijk.
Although the Dumaco brand was officially launched at ESEF 2018, it has deep roots dating back as far as 200 years in the world of metalworking. When Dumaco was introduced as a brand, it consisted of three separate companies joining forces. Merging as one new company enabled us to offer a full range of metalworking services, ranging from the manufacture of table legs to explosion-proof walls. This proved to be a great success, with existing customers remaining satisfied and new customers joining us.

Today, Dumaco has several branches spread across the Netherlands and is the local trusted partner for all metalworking operations including tube and sheet laser cutting. Thanks to our team of engineers, we are not only able to manufacture products, but also have the expertise and capacity to support you in product design, re-engineering and consultancy. Because we cooperate intensively as branches, we are more decisive. Delivery reliability is guaranteed and we are able to quickly deploy the latest technological developments for our customers. But most importantly, as a group we can serve certain customers better, for instance through far-reaching chain integration or co-development.
