Dumaco Woerden (ReviconBarosta B.V.) has been supplying high-quality, sheet-metal solutions in stainless steel since 1987. We does this as a partner, not as a supplier. The sooner we sit down together, the more time we have to contribute and add to your project.

Dumaco Woerden produces stainless-steel parts, composite components and complete stainless-steel installations. These are used in various industries, including the oil and gas industries, the dairy and food industries and the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. For example, products like tanks, (pressure) vessels, hoppers, pipe sections, transport frames and skids. For cutting and bending too.

We work exclusively with stainless steel and attention, service and excellent quality are always key. Dumaco Woerden is currently the Netherlands’ biggest independent supplier of stainless-steel components. Work at this very innovative production site takes place on the bass of a cell structure. Dumaco Woerden has eight different cells that focus on certain products and/or processing techniques. Because of this, our experienced project engineers and qualified professionals really are specialists and you, the customer, can rely on having the same contact person from the initial quotation through to final acceptance.

Armed with years of experience with big, high quality international projects, we have everything in place for certified materials to be processed by certified welders. As a company we are ISO-9001, ISO-3834 and ISO-1090 certified. We have also obtained our PED H/H1 certifications, which allows us to design and build pressure vessels.

Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment (the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) in English and the Druckgeräterichtlinie (DGRL) in German) specifies the requirements to be met by pressure equipment being marketed in the European Economic Area (EEA).

EN 14732

The international EN 14732 standard specifies requirements for the qualification of welding operators. This standard also describes the requirements to be met by welding generators for mechanized and automatic welding. Compliance with the EN 14732 standard is necessary when the qualification testing of welding operators and benders is required for the application in question.

EN 13445 PED

The EN 13445 standard sets rules for the design, fabrication and testing of pressure vessels. It also applies to pressurized parts.

EN 9606

The EN 9606 standard specifies the requirements to be met by the qualification testing of welders for the fusion welding of steel. This standard provides a set of technical rules for a systematic welder qualification-tests. This standard also makes it possible to accept these qualifications uniformly, independent of the type of product, the location and the examiner or the examination institution. When awarding a qualification to welders, emphasis is placed on their ability to manually manipulate the electrode, welding torch or welding blowpipe and, by doing this, produce a weld of acceptable quality. Fully mechanized and automated welding processes do not fall under this standard.

AWS D1.6

This standard describes welding requirements for the fabrication and installation of welded constructions that are subject to design stress and in which stainless steel is at least one of the materials used.

ASME IX

The ASME organization develops standards in America. It has developed approximately 600 standards relating to various technical areas, including fasteners, sanitary, lifts and pipelines. Compliance with the ASME IX standards is not compulsory but public authorities do reference them as tools necessary to meet their regulatory objectives.

EN 15614-1

This standard specifies how welding procedure tests can be used to standardize a temporary welding procedure. This applies to production welding, repair welding and build-up welding. The primary object of the welding procedure qualification is to show that the joining process proposed for the construction is able to produce joins with the mechanical properties required for the application envisaged.
