Process
Here at Dumaco, we are automating our processes, both in the office and on the factory floor. This is helping us achieve quality and speed improvements. The various Dumaco sites actively share knowledge with each other. This enables us to implement changes even faster. A few examples of innovative processes:
- Automatic importing of customer orders and invoices into the ERP system. An immediate price check takes place at this stage as well.
- Intensive collaboration between the various Dumaco sites in respect of purchasing, production, sales, IT, HR and investments.
- Employees are encouraged to do (training) courses. Knowledge is always kept up-to-date.
- IT streamlining and improvement.
Machine
Dumaco investeert in de nieuwste en snelste productiemachines. Hierdoor kunnen wij heel veel verschillende bewerkingstechnieken aanbieden en is er een garantie van kwaliteit. Hieronder vindt u enkele voorbeelden uit ons machinepark.
