Innovative robotic system: Dyna-Cell
Allow us to introduce our latest addition: the Dyna-Cell. This electric press brake with a robotic arm has been shining at our Oss location for a few months now. With this advanced machine, Dumaco continues to invest in the future and in our customers.
A Smart robot
Sheet metal bending is one of Dumaco’s core operations. The Dyna-Cell now enables us to deliver products of even higher quality. Moreover, the robot is highly suitable for serial production, which is beneficial for customers with large projects. The Dyna-Cell comes with special software that allows our staff to program the robot themselves. First, a 3D design is imported, and then the Dyna-Cell generates a bending and robot program within ten minutes. From there, fully automated bending can begin. This process is exceptionally precise. The robot is equipped with an advanced angle measuring system that continuously corrects the bending, ensuring consistent angles. This guarantees quality, even for complex products.
